Outlook troubles

Hi,

I`m still facing troubles with outlook as before, the program does not allow me to read and write anything, it gets frozen with the message (NOT RESPONDING). I am using the online version.

Hi Glenn,


This could be caused by the outdate drivers and firmware e.g. BIOS. Please try to update all of them and let us know again.

Both CPU and memory usage of outlook are normal. Over all usage are also below 80%.

Hi Glenn,


Are you able to reproduce the issue?  When the outlook is frozen again, could you please check the CPU and Memory usage from the Task manager? If the outlook usage is high, the problem is probably come from the outlook. You can try the clear the outlook cache and remove some unused add-on from the outlook.

If the above solutions do not help, you can also try to reinstall the outlook.
