My computer got no sound

Hi, my computer`s audio got problem. There are no sounds from both speaker and headset. In Device Manager, there is yellow mark next to the audio device name. I am using windows 10 operation system. Do you know how to fix this issue?

Hi Camilla,


If you are experience sound problem on both computer speaker and headset, it could be your audio driver issue. Could you please try to reinstall the driver?

1. Under Device manager, right click on your audio device and choose Uninstall Device

2. Restart your machine, the audio driver should be auto install back. (If no, you may need to install it manually from your computer`s brand office website)

3. Monitor this again
