How to remove ads built-in Windows 10
1. Open the Settings
2. Select Personalization > Lock Screen
3. Under the Background option, you can either disable Windows Spotlight by selecting some other option like a "Picture" or a "Slideshow". This will disable Windows Spotlight and its ads completely:
4. When the Lock screen background is set to Picture, you also need to switch off the option called "Get fun facts, tips, tricks, and more on your lock screen"
