Make Windows 10`s Taskbar Clock Display Seconds

1. Hit the Windows key
2. Type: regedit and hit Enter
3. Opens up the Registry Editor and navigate to the following:
HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionExplorerAdvanced
4. right-click on the Advanced key and select New > DWORD (32-bit) Value
5. Name the new value: ShowSecondsInSystemClock and hit Enter
6. Set the value to 1 and click OK
7. Closeout of the Registry Editor
