Uninstall Paint app using Settings in Windows 10

1. Open Settings
2. Click on Apps
3. Click on Apps & features
4. Under the “Apps & features” section, click on the Optional Features option
5. Search and select Microsoft Paint
6. Click the Uninstall
7. Restart
