How to turn on the numeric keypad by default when starting Windows 10
1. Right-click the "Start" menu icon, and then click "Run"

2. Enter "regedit" during operation to open the registry editor.

3. In the registry editor, expand "HKEY_USERS > .DEFAULT > Control Panel > Keyboard" in turn, click on the Keyboard and find the InitialKeyboardIndicators item in the right window and double-click to change value

4. Change the numerical data of the InitialKeyboardIndicators item from 2147483648 to "80000002" and click the OK button.

5. Restart the computer
