Wampserver`s startup is not successful ( appears orange )

When Wampserver is orange, it indicates that the startup is not successful, and wampserver turns green which indicates that the startup is successful.
1. Use the shortcut key "WIN+R" to open the operation, and enter the "services.msc" command during the operation to open the service, as shown in the following figure.
2. Find the "sql server reporting services" service in the service, and right-click to stop.
3. When we restart the wamp server, we can find that the orange of the wamp server turns green, indicating that the startup is successful
