iPhone ear speaker low sound when making calls

iPhone`s ear speaker volume was very low and user could barely hear what the other person was saying even in a quiet room. There are mainly two reasons for causing this issue.
1. Ear speaker has spoilt
2. Earpiece Speaker Mesh is block by dirt
Some tips to clean the Earpiece Speaker Mesh
Use the tip of your tongue and lick the net.
Then suck the Mesh and after that clean the Mesh with something small. E.g. toothbrush.
Repeat 3 Times
