Unable to install Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client

Installer Information: There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor. This is most likely cause by your outdated Windows version.
Check your current windows version:
1. Open Run and enter winver
Update windows
1. Search for update and then click on Check for Updates
2. Click on Download and install link to update the Windows
3. Run the AnyConnect VPN installer again
